Responsibilities
- Assess contracts, calendaring deadlines, and manage files through closing.
- Facilitate communication with clients, real estate agents and other offices.
- Conduct occasional research and distribute real estate documents.
- Analyze title documents and legal descriptions when necessary.
- Answer client questions and escalate serious concerns.
- Prepare and submit accurate legal documents in a timely manner.
