Our goal is to create an AI Assistant that provides accurate, efficient, and reliable support to legal professionals in real estate. Our solutions are trusted by major law firms and title companies across the UK and US, and we are expanding our team to bring these innovations to the US market.

We are looking for a talented Real Estate Paralegal passionate about commercial real estate, familiar with legal workflows, and interested in technology and AI. Your role will involve automating legal workflows, contributing to product development, and translating legal processes into scalable workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Automating real estate legal workflows from concept to implementation.
2. Collaborating with a global team of legal, AI, and software engineers.
3. Building domain-specific knowledge bases and translating legal processes into workflows.
4. Developing templates and automation blueprints for US real estate scenarios.
5. Researching jurisdiction-specific nuances and designing product features accordingly.

Qualifications include:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in commercial transactions.
• Ability to break down due diligence tasks for automation.
• High tech literacy and curiosity about AI and legal tech.
• Interest in applying cutting-edge tools to real estate law.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with LegalTech software and managing AI-interacting teams.
