Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents for commercial and residential transactions.
• Review loan documents, including UCC financing statements.
• Coordinate closings with parties and maintain closing checklists.
• Order and review title and survey documents, and prepare related letters.
• Conduct due diligence items, including searches and estoppel letters.
• Manage filing and recording of documents and post-closing matters.
