Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparation, review, and management of legal documents for real estate transactions and financing.
• Conduct title, survey, and document review for development and financing deals.
• Coordinate with lenders, government agencies, and other parties to support transactions.
• Assist with due diligence and basic legal research.
• Create and maintain closing checklists and documentation.
