Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with condemnation and eminent-domain matters from inception through resolution.
• Manage case files, deadlines, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Prepare and organize documents for hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct real estate and property research.
• Review deeds, surveys, title documents, appraisals, and related property records.
• Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, appraisers, and other professionals.
• E-file and maintain accurate electronic and physical files.
• Provide general litigation and real estate support as needed.

REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL – CONDEMNATION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Established litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with condemnation/eminent-domain experience to join our team.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. The ideal candidate will have solid real estate experience, with specific experience handling condemnation/eminent-domain matters strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting attorneys with condemnation and eminent-domain matters from inception through resolution
• Managing case files, deadlines, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Preparing and organizing documents for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Conducting real estate and property research
• Reviewing deeds, surveys, title documents, appraisals, and related property records
