Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Licensing & Compliance

• Maintain and update DRE (Department of Real Estate) and NMLS licenses for the company and associated entities.
• Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure all licenses remain active and in good standing.
• Prepare and submit changes for branch licensing, company licensing, sponsorships, and regulatory updates.
• Assist with compliance audits and documentation across both real estate and mortgage operations.

Commission Management & Company Transactions

• Assist with commission disbursement, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts across multiple entities.
• Support accounting and finance teams with transaction reconciliation between companies.
• Track commissions, referrals, company splits, and inter‑company adjustments.

Lender Program & Channel Setup

• Help enroll the company into lender programs as a broker for both wholesale and correspondent channels.
• Maintain updated lender credentials, contacts, and onboarding documents.
• Ensure approved lender lists are current for loan officers.

Loan Program & Marketing Coordination

• Work with the Marketing Team to update loan program sheets, pricing flyers, and marketing materials.
• Ensure program updates are accurate, compliant, and distributed to the sales team promptly.
• Maintain and manage company accounts for LOS (Loan Origination System) platforms such as LendingPad, Encompass, or other systems in use.
• Oversee access and permissions for CRM, LOS, compliance portals, and software subscriptions.
• Report system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or mortgage operations preferred.
• Understanding of DRE, NMLS, and general compliance requirements is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms (LendingPad, Encompass, ARIVE, etc.) preferred.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, and digital filing systems.
• Ability to work on‐site in Mesa, AZ.
