Boldt Holdings in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Real Estate Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 to support strategic marketing and business development across our real estate portfolio. You'll help maintain CRM data, assist with multi-channel campaigns, and analyze campaign performance.

You'll research local markets, monitor competition, and develop insights to inform decisions while building skills in marketing strategy, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Willingness to support marketing and business development initiatives
• Interest in commercial real estate and market analysis
• Ability to work with CRM systems and data
• Team-oriented with mentorship mindset
