Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related degree
• Anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later
• Completed coursework in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations or business writing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional tone
• Skilled in writing, editing, proofreading and basic design
• Organizational excellence with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
• Motivation, proactivity and willingness to learn
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Prior marketing experience is preferred
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, email marketing) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing needs of our business units across traditional collateral and digital marketing
• Prepare and review letters, flyers, emails, bylined articles, web content and brochures
• Assist with developing and reviewing internal and external communication
• Conduct research for competitive analysis, advertising, media relations and marketing
• Collect and assess data analytics across digital marketing channels
• Coordinate and work on projects across multiple creative services teams
• Perform other duties to support team and firm projects
