Job summary

MFM Search LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage, seeks an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join its Tampa-based Florida Investment Sales team. You will support growth and market presence by producing collateral and coordinating projects.

You’ll work within brand guidelines, create assets with Adobe CC, and manage multiple tasks from concept to publication, including website updates and third-party platform communications. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level production design, graphic design, or marketing experience.
• Some experience with Adobe CC, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with online content creation tools (Marq, Canva) is a plus.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Wrike) is a plus.
• Familiarity with web content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate and take design direction professionally.
• Experience working in a team environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work within brand guidelines and templates to produce marketing collaterals (memo, signage, proposals, maps, social posts, emails).
• Prepare design assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other programs.
• Prepare final circulation-ready marketing materials for print and web.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to production and meet deadlines.
• Maintain and update website marketing materials and property pages.
• Coordinate uploads to third-party CRE information platforms, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate external vendor projects including signage requests.
• Assist brokers with client documents and formatting Word/Excel files.
