Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, multifamily, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of ILS platforms, property websites/CMS, digital marketing, social media, PPC, and other marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day marketing, administrative, and portfolio support across the digital marketing function of the CWS portfolio.
• Assist with digital marketing updates to property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other marketing channels to ensure strong market positioning.
• Support reporting, data organization, and performance tracking, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Serve as a dedicated marketing resource for an assigned territory and select properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy.
• Coordinate with property teams, vendors, and internal teams to execute initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed.
