Responsibilities

• Prepare and formalize new site research packages for Real Estate Committee approvals.
• Generate demographic data using GIS for locations under consideration.
• Lead market strategy meetings with internal and external partners (on-site/remote).
• Collaborate with Finance to create proforma income statements for store locations and remodels.
• Conduct analog store analysis to support merchandising for New Store Openings.
• Gather data and transform it into systems; manage in-store ZIP code surveys and demographic data.
