Job summary

Core Talent US is seeking an experienced real estate professional to identify prime US retail locations as part of an ambitious national expansion. This onsite role requires leading site selection, negotiating leases, and managing multiple deals through to openings.

You will build relationships with landlords and brokers, coordinate with Construction, and travel across the US. A Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Core Talent is partnered with an established international retailer expanding its US store portfolio. The business operates across multiple global markets and is seeking an experienced real estate professional to identify prime locations and support its next phase of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Turn the US expansion strategy into a pipeline of high-quality retail locations! You will lead site selection, negotiate leases and manage multiple deals through execution, then work with Construction and support store openings. This is an onsite position, five days per week and will require US wide travel.

DUTIES

• Build and assess a pipeline of priority US retail sites at prime retail locations nationally


• Full ownership of current and future leases


• Own deal reporting, approvals, critical dates and risks


• Build and manage landlord, developer and broker relationships


• Track delivery of store openings

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years relevant experience


• Strong relationships with high end mall owner-operators and retail brokers


• Proven ability to manage a high-volume deal pipeline and bring deals through negotiation to store opening


• Sound financial skills


• Able to travel across the US regularly
