POP MART is seeking a strategic and experienced Real Estate Manager to support the expansion of our retail stores and ROBO Shops across the United States. As POP MART continues to rapidly grow its physical footprint, this role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-impact retail locations that support our long-term growth strategy.
The Real Estate Manager will oversee site selection, market analysis, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to support the successful rollout of new stores and ROBO Shops. This role requires a strong understanding of the U.S. commercial real estate landscape, particularly top shopping centers and major business districts, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is$90,000-$120,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
