CoreVest Finance is seeking a Production Analyst in New York, NY. You will work with Relationship Managers to source and structure new loans, analyze financing transactions, and support both underwriting and client interactions.

This entry-level role emphasizes developing quantitative and customer-facing skills within a fast-paced team. Responsibilities include initial underwriting, credit memo development, and inbound/outbound borrower communications, with some travel for investor events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite initial financing analyses for diverse loan products (construction, bridge, DSCR, term loans).

• Source new loans by interacting with borrowers and brokers; respond to inquiries.
• Attend in-market investor events to develop customer relationships.
• Support special projects and exercise independent judgment in assignments.
