• Deliver professional listing presentations.

• Guide sellers through listing and closing process.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams.
• Prospect pre-qualified leads to convert into new business and schedule listings.
• Market and stage homes to attract buyers quickly.
• Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback and improve service ratings.
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback and keep them engaged.
