Qualifications

Five+ years of real estate licensing/compliance experience.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing real estate licensing.
Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

Research licensing requirements with state real estate commissions and other regulatory agencies.
Analyze licensing requirements to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Maintain licensing records in Airtable and ensure accuracy.
Prepare and administer licensing reports for compliance teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate licensing communications with state commissions, brokers, licensees, and internal teams.
Submit filings through state portals (new, renewal, amendments, surrender).
Advise licensees on licensing requirements and broker agreements.
Monitor renewals and continuing education deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Facilitate documentation and electronic signatures during onboarding and renewal processes.
