Job summary

Trentium Capital is actively expanding its South Florida originations team and seeks experienced producers with established relationships among real estate investors, builders, developers, brokers, and referral partners. This is a lending platform with technology and a sales infrastructure designed to help originators win more deals and grow their production.

The position is based around the Fort Lauderdale office with a hybrid schedule, typically in the office 2–3 days per week, serving Fort

Qualifications

• Proven track record generating business with real estate investors, builders, developers, brokers, or referral partners.
• Strong outbound prospecting and relationship development skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and structure a real estate transaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with real estate investors, builders, developers, brokers, and referral partners.
• Generate new business through your existing network, outbound activity, and Trentium's prospecting systems.
• Own borrower relationships from initial conversation through closing.
• Structure opportunities based on leverage, sponsor experience, project type, and exit strategy.
• Work closely with processing, underwriting, capital markets, and closing to get transactions funded.
• Maintain an organized and active pipeline.
• Build repeat relationships and grow your book of business.
• Represent Trentium in the South Florida market and beyond.
