Job summary

Trentium Capital in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Loan Processor / Closer to join our business-purpose real estate lending team. You will own loans from processing through closing and funding, working with real estate investors, builders, and developers.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple files end-to-end, coordinate with title and underwriting, and ensure funding on schedule.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience handling both processing and closing responsibilities.
• Candidates should be highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Ability to own a file from processing through funding is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan files from processing through closing and funding.
• Collect and review borrower, guarantor, entity, property, and transaction documentation.
• Track underwriting and closing conditions.
• Coordinate with borrowers, originators, underwriters, title companies, and other third parties.
• Order and track appraisals, title, insurance, and other required items.
• Prepare files for closing and coordinate final loan documents and funding.
