1st Liberty FCU is seeking a Real Estate Manager located in our Riverview branch in Great Falls, MT. The RE Manager will oversee real estate, home equity, advances and FHA Title I loan services for members, including underwriting and loan approvals.

You will interview, advise, originate and approve/deny loans, and act as a backup to consumer loan processes. This role supports our commitment to exceptional member service and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate loan products and processes.
• Knowledge of secondary market FHA/VA/conventional loan underwriting.
• Ability to interview, advise, originate, underwrite and approve/deny loans.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete Real Estate, Home Equity, Advances and FHA Title I loan service to members.
• Interview, advise, originate, underwrite and approve/deny loans.
• Underwrite secondary market FHA, VA, Conventional, RD loans.
• Act as a backup to consumer loan processes and approvals.
