Extell is seeking a motivated Real Estate Leasing Agent for our Hudson Piers development in Yonkers, NY. This full-time, field-based role focuses on marketing available properties, qualifying tenants, and guiding clients from inquiry to lease signing.

The ideal candidate has a NY real estate license, 3+ years of leasing experience, and strong communication skills. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Active New York state real estate license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or related activities.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Market and advertise available rental units across digital platforms, MLS, and social media.
• Conduct property showings and open houses for prospective tenants.
• Screen and qualify applicants through credit checks, background verifications, and income documentation.
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements in compliance with housing laws.
• Maintain accurate records of available units, showings, and applicant status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure high occupancy rates.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Track market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to provide leasing recommendations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online portals.
• Assist in preparing move-in/move-out documentation, inspection reports, and lease renewals.
