WHAT YOU PROVIDE

2. Long-term professional goals: we hire and train for careers, not jobs, so all our teammates are members of the Chicago Association of Realtors and have plans to earn further credentials and licenses.

4. The basics: a laptop, a client-friendly vehicle, a driver's license, and a willingness to get your license within 4 months of starting.
