You will draft, redline, and adapt leases for existing and potential tenants across multi-property portfolios.

The role requires 5+ years in paralegal or lease negotiation, strong MS Office skills, and ability to collaborate across internal departments and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years as a paralegal/lease negotiator in real estate.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce a plus; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Draft lease documents and related correspondence for tenants.
• Prepare redlines and revisions to lease drafts.
• Adapt forms to deals, revise language per comments.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to move deals forward.
• Draft and negotiate vendor/broker agreements per guidelines.
• Maintain files and update weekly status reports.
