Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The Legal Expert — Finance & Real Estate (Project Donna) is a remote contract (~30 hours) offering $100–$120/hour. This role requires a qualified lawyer with finance and real estate experience and precise written English.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated legal content in finance and real estate, reviewing six blinded deliverables, and writing concise rationales to guide future outputs. NDA applies.

Position: Legal Expert — Finance & Real Estate (Project Donna)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: ~30 hours

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated legal content in finance and real estate to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Review six blinded AI deliverables for each legal matter and provide detailed feedback.
• Conduct five head-to-head comparisons against a standard output and document preferences.
• Write concise, specific rationales for each preference to improve AI model outputs.
• Work independently and adhere to deadlines while following written instructions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in finance and real estate.
• Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, and usefulness.
• Precise written English skills.
• Ability to work independently to written instructions and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Legal
