The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law, a strong attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. This position offers the opportunity to step into an existing office with steady firm business already in place, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing transactions at a high level. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
• Collaborate closely with the Perry office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
