The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Real Estate Law experience, strong attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.

Formación

• Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Must live in or be willing to commute to the Greenville area.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).

Responsabilidades

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.

McMichael & Gray, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our Greenville, SC office.

The ideal candidate wi ll have 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law, a strong attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.

This position offers the opportunity to step into an existing office with steady firm business already in place, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing transactions at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:
