You will manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, coordinate with lenders, buyers, and sellers, and maintain client-first service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of real estate law experience, Georgia bar licensure, and a collaborative mindset.

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.

• Must live in or be willing to commute to the Macon area.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law, a strong attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. This position offers the opportunity to step into an existing office with steady firm business already in place, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing transactions at a high level.
