Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Investor Relations & Finance Intern to join our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will support both strategic financial initiatives and investor engagement, gaining exposure to real estate investments, fundraising, and financial processes.

As an intern, you will work with the Investor Relations and Finance teams on portals, capital calls, and customized investor materials, while also assisting with financial reporting and due diligence for

Qualifications

Current student enrolled in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related degree program.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage investor portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Track capital calls for new developments and assist with fund offering logistics.
Support the creation of customized investor presentations for prospective investors.
Research institutional investors, foundations, and family offices for fundraising.
Assist in preparing financial materials for Investment Committee submissions.
Assemble due diligence packages for sales, refinancing, and new construction loans.
Conduct real estate tax and comparable property sales research.
Assist with financial reporting to lenders.
Maintain various finance-related databases.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
