Job summary

Landing Point, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an Associate for its Investor Relations team in New York. You will partner with regional Business Development to tailor client materials and support meetings, RFPs, and communications with investors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in IR, investment banking, or consulting, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with credit markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Consulting preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and financial acumen.
• Credit markets understanding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Business Development teams to provide client-specific analytics and tailored materials for client meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver RFPs/DDQs for existing and prospective investors, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain an understanding of products and strategies and translate complex information into clear client messaging.
• Serve as a central point for inbound investor requests and ensure cohesive communication.
• Support investor-level AUM calculations and align client reporting with internal metrics.
• Drive development and enhancement of the firm's language library to stay current with strategies.
• Collate and distribute recurring and ad-hoc investor reporting accurately and on time.
• Execute multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Business Development teams to provide client-specific analytics and tailored materials for client meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver RFPs/DDQs for existing and prospective investors, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain a deep understanding of products and strategies, translating complex information into clear messaging for client materials.
• Serve as a central point for inbound investor requests, ensuring cohesive and consistent communication.
• Support investor-level AUM calculations and ensure alignment between client reporting and internal metrics.
• Drive the development and enhancement of the firm's language library, ensuring content remains current and aligned with evolving strategies.
• Manage the collation and distribution of recurring and ad-hoc investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute multiple high-priority initiatives, maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Consulting preferred.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of credit markets preferred.
• High degree of comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000, Plus Bonus
