Kayne Anderson Real Estate in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an Investments Associate to join the acquisitions and investment management team. The role focuses on underwriting, structuring, and modeling prospective acquisitions, developments, asset management, and dispositions across all verticals.

The Associate will handle a high volume of underwritings, work with senior team members, and develop financial modeling and analytical skills in a collaborative, vertically integrated platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial experience with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Experience with Argus and real estate databases (CoStar, RCA, Capital IQ).
• Master's degree in Real Estate or Finance preferred.
• Based in Boca Raton, Florida office.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and model acquisitions, developments, asset management, and dispositions.
• Research market data to support underwriting assumptions.
• Prepare Investment Committee Memorandums.
• Manage due diligence including third-party reports and site visits.
• Coordinate closing with partners and internal teams.
• Support refinancing, disposition, and recapitalization efforts.
• Engage with broker community to monitor market activity.
• Analyze real estate markets nationwide and assess valuations.
