Greystar’s America's Principle Business Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals aiming to build a career in real estate investment and development. Analysts complete two one-year rotations across different functions, gaining hands-on experience in how Greystar sources, underwrites, finances, develops, and manages real estate investments.

Analysts build technical expertise, understand the business broadly, and gain exposure to teams and leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate investment, development, or finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively across teams.
• Willingness to relocate, if needed, based on rotational placement.

Responsibilities

• Support investment, transaction, and portfolio-related work using financial models, tools, and processes relevant to your rotation.
• Develop an understanding of your team’s investment strategy, priorities, and role within the broader business.
• Analyze information, communicate findings clearly, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Take increasing ownership of projects and workstreams as you progress through the program.
• Translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
