LCS invites college students to join the Real Estate Investments Co-op Internship, a full-time, 6-month program running May through December in Des Moines, IA. Interns will work on real projects, collaborate with leaders, and present outcomes to senior leadership at the end, gaining broad exposure to the organization and its operations.

You'll gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, with mentorship and networking opportunities, and an hourly rate of $22.50.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program majoring in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related degree.
• Strong background in MS Excel, and reporting.
• Background in ad-hoc reporting, and analysis preferred.
• Exposure to budgeting and or forecasting beneficial.
• Hands-on experience in a professional environment.
• Mentorship and exposure to senior leadership.
• Opportunities for networking and career development.

• Competitive hourly rate: $22.50/hour.
