Responsibilities

Underwriting, monitoring and making decisions to acquire, reposition and sell single-family real estate.
Analyze value, rent potential, renovation costs, and projected sale price for assets.
Perform ROI & IRR analyses for various strategies and channels.
Create, maintain, and update financial models for investments.
Stress test investment performance through scenarios and sensitivities.
Prepare investment memorandums for decision makers.
Monitor real estate market trends and synthesize data for research presentations.
Track reporting from asset management, construction and title partners.
Meet or exceed KPIs and contribute to new business initiatives.
