Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to analyze Ryan-owned and developed projects and underwrite potential acquisitions. You will support SVP/VP/Directors in capital markets needs from inception to disposition and assist Asset Management and Portfolio Management.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of CRE financial analysis experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work independently or in a team with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of financial analysis experience related to commercial real estate.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work independently or on a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Ryan-owned and developed projects and underwriting potential acquisitions.
• Support capital markets needs from inception to disposition and acquisitions.
