Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management offers a 12‑month rotational program for upcoming or recent graduates to learn real estate investing fundamentals across multiple platforms and functions. Participants will shadow, work on business projects, and receive mentorship, aiming for full-time placement upon completion.

The program provides exposure to asset classes such as office, industrial, retail, and multifamily while developing professional skills and networking with senior leaders across LaSalle.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics or related field with strong academic record.
• Graduation date in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on projects across key departments during rotations.
• Support underwriting efforts for debt/equity opportunities and assist in financial modeling.
• Learn real estate investment management processes and contribute to portfolio monitoring.
