Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on projects across departments.
• Shadow and support market research, underwriting, and financial analysis.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and investment memos.
• Develop knowledge of LaSalle's business lines and investment policies.
