Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience owning financial models, not just populating templates.

• Develop and stress-test operating pro formas and investment return models (IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash).
• Conduct market research using institutional data sources and site visits; synthesize findings into investment theses and memoranda.
• Prepare investment committee materials and manage deal logs and databases.
• Support deal execution from LOI through closing and coordinate with lenders, brokers, and consultants.
