Ardian is seeking an energetic Real Estate Investments Intern to support underwriting, market research, and the preparation of investment materials in the US real estate sector. You will work closely with investment professionals on acquisitions, asset management, and fundraising activities.

The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including diligence, portfolio monitoring, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or related field.
Interest in real estate investing and private markets.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Support the underwriting of prospective investments through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and sensitivity testing.
Conduct market, sector, and competitive research to assess investment opportunities, identify trends, and evaluate comparable transactions.
Assist in preparing investment committee presentations, memoranda, and other materials supporting investment decisions.
Review and organize due diligence materials, including financial statements, leases, operating reports, and third-party assessments.
Assist with asset management activities by tracking portfolio performance, reviewing business plans and budgets, and preparing periodic reporting.
Support the preparation of fundraising materials and responses to investor information requests.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ad hoc research, analysis, and strategic projects.
