Qualifications

• Recent graduate or candidate with 3 years of real estate financial analysis or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or Real Estate with strong academics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Argus Enterprise required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analysis and modeling including cash flow, IRR and NPV with sensitivity checks.
• Develop and maintain Argus and Excel-based models for institutional assets; manage budget and reforecast.
• Evaluate lease proposals with net effective rent analysis; review legal documents for leasing.
• Underwrite and conduct due diligence on acquisitions, dispositions and development opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis and transaction research.
• Assist with portfolio-level reports and quarter-end materials for executives and board.
