ACG Professionals, Inc. seeks an Atlanta-based Financial Analyst to focus on detailed financial analysis and due diligence for commercial assets including industrial, office, mixed-use, and retail.

The role requires Argus Enterprise proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage large data sets, produce robust financial models, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. You will build from scratch Argus models, maintain leasing/market metrics, and contribute to team

Qualifications

• Argus Enterprise experience is required.
• Bachelors in real estate, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3-6 years of CRE experience with office/retail focus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Experience handling large data sets.
• Knowledge of pro forma financial statements.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Build from scratch Argus Enterprise models.
• Review source documents including rent rolls and leases.
• Produce and manage financial models for current and projected performance.
• Maintain Argus files for leasing, operating, and market metrics.
• Review Argus files for consistency with modeling policies.
• Participate in team projects.
