Job summary

G3 Enterprises is offering a 3‑month Intern-Real Estate in its Shared Services team. The intern will support initiatives across Sales, Real Estate, IT, Human Resources and Legal, perform market research, and review reporting and analytics.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to data‑driven recommendations, and develop hands‑on skills for the modern workplace while gaining exposure to real estate operations and corporate processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of company operations, systems, and reporting tools/practices.
• Partner on process improvement initiatives aimed at efficiency and accuracy.
• Facilitate data entry and data extrapolation from specific systems.
• Partner on projects that provide practical experience.
