You will stay current with real estate laws and market trends, collaborate on curriculum with school leadership, and provide individualized guidance to learners in a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NJ real estate principles, practices, contracts, and regulations; practical industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated teaching, training, or facilitation skills with lesson planning and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse learners.
• Comfort with educational technology and learning platforms.
• Ability to organize multiple classes, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to learner success, ethics, and ongoing professional development in real estate and adult education.
• Active NJ Real Estate Instructor license in good standing; prior instructional or coaching experience a plus.
• No college degree required; related field experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities
