Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Real Estate Inside Sales Agent. In this role, you will work remotely and be responsible for speaking with homeowners, gathering property information, negotiating offers, and securing contracts for our investment properties. Your main focus will be on acquiring distressed properties at favorable terms by getting property info, making offers, negotiating deals, and diligently following up to close sales. You will use your sales expertise and relationship-building skills to engage potential sellers, gather necessary information, and document interactions in our CRM system.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to manage real estate buying opportunities.
  • Make offers to potential sellers and negotiate terms to get our offers accepted.
  • Follow up on all leads and negotiations to ensure deal closure.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies and scripts to handle objections and convey our company’s value proposition.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and negotiations in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Qualifications:

  • High Energy and Enthusiastic Personality: You thrive in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
  • 2+ Years of Real Estate Sales and Negotiations Experience: Proven background in closing deals.
  • Exceptional English Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and verbal English.
  • Fearless Negotiator: Eager to engage in challenging conversations, overcome objections, and secure agreements.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent time management skills.
  • Technologically Proficient: Experience using CRM systems and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to navigate complex negotiations effectively.

System Requirements:

  • DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 40+ Mbps.
  • Must have a dedicated quiet home office setup

Performance Metrics:

  • Talk to a certain number of sellers daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Achieve a target number of accepted offers each month.
  • Consistently follow up to close deals within expected timeframes.

What We’re Not Looking For:

  • Candidates who cannot commit to our specified working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST.
  • Minimal Communication Skills: If you struggle with fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Lack of Self-Motivation and Enthusiasm.
  • Candidates unfamiliar with CRMs and resistant to learning new systems or scripts.
  • Candidates with inconsistent internet and power supply or a disruptive workspace.
  • Candidates who are easily flustered, shy, or fearful when making calls.
  • Offline or Non-Voice Preference: This is a phone-based sales position.

Pay Rate:

Starting up to $6/hr, with performance bonuses. Pay is issued on the 1st and 15th of each month (CST).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST. A 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks per shift.
