Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience as Commercial General Manager, Property Manager, or similar role.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Prism and MS Office; knowledge of local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day building operations for Class A office building.
• Lead development and execution of annual budgets, income/expense statements, and capital improvement plans.
• Oversee accounts receivable, rent collection, and vendor management.
• Oversee financial audits and tenant surveys to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and capital project plans.
• Collaborate with Leasing to execute new and renewal leases maximizing revenue.
• Ensure compliance with local/state codes and safety standards.
• Mentor staff and oversee engineering, maintenance, and life-safety systems.
