Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager in Managed Services – Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting to lead outsourced solutions within our Assurance practice. You will oversee delivery teams, manage client accounts, and guide strategic planning and professional development while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

You will apply growth-oriented business knowledge to identify opportunities, coach staff, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience in real estate fund accounting and multi-entity consolidations.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Experience with real estate accounting platforms and reporting tech (Yardi, HFM).
• Strong automation and process-improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations.
