Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager in Managed Services - Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting to lead transition and ongoing delivery of outsourced services for clients within our Assurance practice.

You will oversee delivery teams, manage project planning and budgeting, drive continuous improvement of processes and automate where possible, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with real estate fund accounting and consolidations.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS reporting.
• Experience with Yardi or HFM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations.
• Overseeing delivery teams to optimize processes and improve service efficiency.
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Implementing continuous improvement strategies for managed services processes and tools.
• Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance.

• Utilizing automation frameworks to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement to address conflicts and drive successful outcomes.
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines.
