PwC is seeking a Managed Services - Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting Manager to help deliver outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and boost efficiency for clients. You will lead transition and management of outsourced services within our Assurance practice, oversee delivery teams, plan projects, and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 4 years of experience.
Experience in real estate fund accounting, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and US GAAP/IFRS reporting.

Responsibilities

Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations.
Overseeing delivery teams to optimize processes and improve service efficiency.
Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
Implementing continuous improvement strategies for managed services processes and tools.
Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance.
Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills.
Engaging in strategic planning and execution of business transformation initiatives.
Utilizing automation frameworks to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
Facilitating stakeholder engagement to address conflicts and drive successful outcomes.
Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines.
