Oliver James Group is seeking a Fund Accountant in Chicago, working on a hybrid basis. The role involves monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, financial analysis, and reviewing property manager and joint venture statements. Excellent Excel skills and 1–3 years of accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes.
• Calculate, interpret, and communicate financial performance returns.
• Complete monthly financial analysis and review property manager and JV partner financial statements.
• Handle cash management transactions and tracking.
• Support reporting, audits, and tax processes; contribute to process improvements.
