Job summary

BGRE, Brookfield’s North America real estate portfolio, seeks an Analyst for Regional FP&A to deliver forecasts, analyses, and strategic insights for corporate planning and investment decisions. Collaboration with accounting, asset management, and investor relations is essential.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, discounted cash flows and valuation projections for corporate business plan.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly IFRS financial statement forecasting.
• Assist with preparing quarterly leasing forecast, including updates of actual leasing activity and forecasted assumptions.
• Help prepare financial analysis, market analysis and board presentations for management review.
• Work closely with the accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with asset management, lease administration, corporate services, marketing, and investor relations.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis for management as needed.
• Analyze cash flow projection reports for existing properties.
• Input all data for forecasting and reporting with self-review.
