Job summary

Apple Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an analytical Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance team. You will support Apple's global corporate real estate portfolio, including offices and stores, ensuring financial health and strategic investment decisions.

You'll manage capital projects, forecasts, and budgeting, partner with construction and procurement, and develop new reporting tools to drive efficiency and cost management across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• Extensive experience with Excel and complex data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects in Apple’s corporate real estate footprint, including budgets and schedules.
• Engage in monthly forecast and annual capital budgeting processes.
• Partner with construction and procurement teams to evaluate project scope, costs and timelines to ensure buildings are delivered on time and on budget.
• Develop new forecasting and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvements that balance the needs of different teams while providing the most overall benefit to Apple.
• Support the business on ad-hoc requests.
