• Apple is looking for an analytical and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance team to support our fast-growing corporate real estate portfolio.
• The Places team at Apple is responsible for managing Apple's global real estate portfolio, including Retail Stores (500 locations), Offices, Data Centers and other properties all over the world.
• This role is responsible for ensuring that Apple has the physical space it needs to operate and grow, while also creating a positive and sustainable work environment for its employees.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
• BS/BA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (MBA and/or CPA is a plus)
• Extensive experience with Excel
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data driven analyses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software systems (SAP)
• Tableau
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concisely to business partners and finance leadership
• Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
